Project Leadership

Many people play different roles in leading the MNE-Python project and community. The Maintainer Team handles code review, release management, and contributor onboarding. The Steering Council handles day-to-day project management, funding applications, and community engagement. The Advisory Board comprises senior scientists who provide high-level guidance on funding and roadmap. Currently there are no active working groups, but if you are passionate about helping out with social media, supporting our users on the forum, improving our documentation, or running workshops (or something else we haven’t yet thought of!), please reach out to the Steering Council to discuss how to get involved.
